Shipping, Exchanges & Returns


Shipping

We ship worldwide via Canada Post and offer flat rate shipping costs based on weight and destination.    Our rates are subject to change. 

You will be sent a confirmation and tracking number once your item has shipped.   We aim to ship your order in 1-5 business days, though it may take longer during sales.  Please allow 1-2 weeks for delivery within Canada and 2-4 weeks internationally.  We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

We normally offer a Letter Mail shipping option via Canada Post which is based on the total weight of the package, however, given the current world events we have temporarily removed this option to reduce any unnecessary contact.  Please note that this method does not include tracking.

If you live locally in the Lower Mainland and want to save on shipping costs, we offer a free Local Pickup option in Port Coquitlam, BC.  There is a 7-day deadline for local pickup.

Exchanges & Returns

We will happily exchange your item or provide a refund for returns if you are not satisfied with your purchase.  Please send an e-mail to cabinfeverapparel@telus.net with your order number to initiate a return.  We require that you contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.  The items must be in their original unwashed condition with tags still attached.  Customers are responsible for the shipping cost to return the item and we will cover the shipping cost to send exchanged items to you.

Please review the Sizing Charts on each product page before ordering to ensure proper fitting. 

All purchases on sale items are final.
